Our honor society is comprised of a faculty advisor, several student officers, and a host of members. Phi Theta Kappa is recognized around the world as the premier honor society of junior colleges, and of all the Michigan chapters, Lambda Mu is one of the oldest and most decorated. This is possible because of the strong leadership and enthusiasm of Mr. Obee and our officers that drives us all to strive for excelence.

Here at Lambda Mu, we are driven by the four hallmarks of our society, fellowship, leadership, service and scholarship. Each of these hallmarks have individual rewards; both intrinsic and extrinsic. However, the best reward we can receive isn't another trophy, it is the smile of someone, a member or non-member, whom we have helped in some way through the opportunity afforded to us through PTK.
